Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

As I head off to a Memorial Day BBQ with Mr. Lifeguard and some friends of ours, I want to take a moment to thank him for his 22 years of military service and the sacrifices he made over that time.

I also want to thank ALL our soldiers AND their families (past and present) for their service and their sacrifices, especially those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for freedom and peace.

  8. Thanks MR. Lifeguard, and you too Kathryn, its not easy being a military wife, as my daughter is as well. You make a lot of sacrafices when they serve. My son-in-law has served two tours and being far away from your family is never easy. But I do know they serve their country proudly and accept they challanges they face. God Bless all those with familes who have lost a loved one in the services and for those who still serve today. My one grandson honors the name of a fallen soldier my son-in-law enlisted, and someday when he is older he will know how important his name really is.
